Ante Natal Pilates

£60 for 6 week block

Service Description

Open to those after 12 weeks until full term. Considered one of the safest forms of exercise in pregnancy. Traditional pilates exercises are adapted to allow for individual needs with focus on pelvic floor, posture and deep abdominal strength. Classes are run in 6 week blocks and are 45 minutes to 1 hour.
